Sep 15, 2026When Insurance Becomes Personal
If you've read our case studies, you'll know that we've been working with Rock Mutual Insurance (Rock) since its inception. Rock is the latest addition to Swan Group, a holding company with a portfolio of businesses in the insurance sector.
The creation and launch of Rock happened slowly but surely. It started with assembling the right team, cross-selling to sister companies and rolling out an internal campaign across the Group. The foundations were in place. Now it was time to introduce Rock to the public.
In Lebanon, insurance is a highly competitive market, dominated by well-established A-tier players.
Our research showed that most communication in the category fell into one of two extremes: it was either heavily product-driven and overly sales-focused, or it relied on humour to stand out. What we felt was missing was something much simpler: the human side of insurance.
When we spoke to people from different backgrounds about insurance, why they buy it and how they choose a provider, one common thread emerged. Every person has a story. A journey they are building. Something they've worked hard for and hope to keep growing.

"Mnehmeh Ossaskon - منØمي قصصكن" (We Protect Your Stories)
The brief was clear: position Rock as a partner that protects people throughout life's defining moments.
We didn't want to sell policies. We wanted to show why insurance matters in the moments that matter.
That's how "Mnehmeh Ossaskon - منØمي قصصكن" ("We Protect Your Stories") came to life.

A newborn. A first home. A new car, or even a used one. A property that has supported a family for years. An expat starting a new chapter abroad. A loved one facing an unexpected hospital stay.
Every one of these moments represents a different life, a different profile and a different reality. Yet they all have one thing in common: they're deeply relatable.
Whether it's choosing a family car, protecting an investment, relocating or simply safeguarding what you've worked so hard to build, people deserve the peace of mind that comes from knowing they're protected. So if life takes an unexpected turn, they can focus on what truly matters, not on the financial burden that follows.
Bringing the Concept to Life
A strong concept is only as good as its execution.
Working alongside FineLine Productions, we developed four short films focusing on Health, Property, Expat and Motor insurance. While each film highlighted a different product line, the products themselves remained in the background. The real focus was always the people and the stories they were living.
Every detail was carefully considered, from casting and wardrobe to locations and props.
To reinforce the warmth of the campaign, we collaborated with voice-over artist Abir Sayyah, whose delivery brought an authentic emotional layer to every film.
The campaign rolled out across digital platforms, radio and outdoor media to maximize awareness.

Our outdoor strategy stretched from Beirut and its suburbs all the way to Jounieh, combining high-impact unipoles carrying the campaign's central message, "We Protect Your Stories", with executions highlighting Health, Motor, Property and Expat insurance, each using its own distinct visual identity.
The strength of the campaign lay in its simplicity. A message that was clear, memorable and unmistakably Rock.
The Result
Rock Mutual Insurance made a confident and memorable first public appearance.

Rather than blending into an already crowded category, the brand established a distinctive voice, one that felt human, relatable and approachable from day one.
For us, this campaign was never just about launching a new insurance company. It was about helping a new brand earn trust by putting people, rather than policies, at the heart of the conversation.
We're proud to have played a part in Rock's journey and look forward to helping shape the chapters still to come.
