Four careers, one method, one brand.

The Ask
Carole Ammoun is an actress, a Kundalini Yoga practitioner, a writer, a university lecturer, and a facilitator of theatre-based corporate trainings. Each practice had grown on its own terms — its own audience, its own reputation, its own gravity.
She came to us to unify her practice under one personal brand while positioning corporate training as its leading expression.

The Challenge
The obvious risk was fragmentation. The real one was contradiction.
The task was never to simplify Carole. It was to prove the range was the rigour.

The Insight
Carole doesn't have four careers. She has one method with four doors.
Acting taught her presence. Kundalini Yoga taught her awareness of breath and body. Writing taught her reflection. Teaching taught her transmission. Every one is a different route into the same thing: connection — between self and others, thought and feeling.
Once we saw that, the architecture answered itself. Not four brands. Not one brand with four sub-brands. One person, one philosophy, four expressions of it.

The Strategy
We began with the competitive landscape — personal brands and methodology-led practices across leadership, communication, theatre, and embodiment. The field often splits into two extremes: credentialed consultants with little human texture, and expressive practitioners with little business language.
Carole holds both. That became the brand.
From there we built the system that would carry it: purpose, values, messaging architecture, tone of voice, customer journeys per audience, and the website architecture — designed to support the work she does now and the work she hasn't started yet.
The Identity
We designed a symbol from Carole's initials.
By removing the crossbar of the "A", it becomes an arrow—a universal symbol of movement and transformation. Nested inside the "C", it turns inward, reflecting introspection and personal growth.
The result is a mark that feels less like a monogram and more like an emblem—a visual representation of Carole's philosophy.
The palette holds the same duality: grounded neutrals against Cedar Chest orange. Calm and intensity. Stillness and motion. The two things Carole teaches people to hold at once.

Bringing It to Life
We art directed a shoot across every facet of the practice — corporate facilitation, movement, artistic portraiture, — under one visual grammar. The same light, the same intimacy, the same treatment. One brand, seen from four sides.
We then designed, wrote, and built her website. Corporate training became the primary entry point, while acting, writing, and Kundalini Yoga reinforce the philosophy behind it—not as disconnected services, but as proof of the method.

The Result
We didn't reduce Carole to one discipline.
We revealed the philosophy that had always connected them.
Today, corporate training is the clearest expression of her work, while every other practice strengthens its credibility. The brand is built around a way of thinking rather than a list of services, giving it the flexibility to grow without losing coherence.

“I have been offering workshops and training for the past fifteen years. As I evolved and began more fully owning the work I had created, and as the world grew more open to new ways of thinking about work, learning and wellbeing, I felt it was time to rebrand: to rethink my approach and how I present my work.
I came to the Spearhead team feeling like I was going to see both a psychoanalyst and a plastic surgeon. We worked together to bring all my different practices under one identity: me. A complex human path, shaped by multiple and varied influences, a brand that, much like life, is diverse and layered.
What I particularly appreciated was that the process wasn't about fitting me into a predefined identity, but about taking the time to understand what was already there and finding the truest way to express it.
The whole team was thoughtful, sensitive and generous. They made a real effort to understand my particular path and present it in a way that is both clear and faithful to who I am and what I offer.
Today, I'm very happy with my new identity. It presents me and my work in a way that feels authentic, coherent and truly mine.”
