Using our framework, we start by analyzing your target market - whether your brand already exists or not - and work to find your key differentiator in all this noise to be able to reserve a spot for you. The positioning will help us figure out how your brand is going to talk, look and act across all channels. Aside from its commercial intent, your brand has to exist for a reason or else why would people want to buy it or use it.
2Brand Identity
This is the “what will it look like” part. Based on a series of association exercises with the client, the output is solid visual directions including logos, color palette, primary and secondary fonts as well as visual assets. This is core for the road ahead. This is also a fun part of the process!
3Marketing Strategy
So at this point, there’s a business model, a brand strategy and actual brand (i.e. we can create any visual or message required, online or offline). Now we need to figure out the how…which channels will we use? What are the resources required? What is the budget needed? What is the communication strategy? This sets a plan in motion for the upcoming year.

If you can’t see it, it doesn’t exist. “Build it and they will come” simply doesn’t work. You need to communicate it and it needs to stick. Signage, wayfinding, packaging, menus, flyers, loyalty cards, shelf talkers, billboards, business cards, etc. whatever it takes and whatever makes sense to your brand.

This is your online window to the world. If you have a business, chances are you want to drive your online traffic to your website. Why? So they can learn about what you do, what you sell or actually take an action online, sign-up for something or purchase something. It can be simple or complex, it depends on your business, but either way it is necessary.

We’re beyond the point of convincing you of the importance of digital marketing & a good social media presence. It’s now time to make the most of these channels with relevant & attention-grabbing content along with smart ad tactics and management. Reporting & data-driven analysis comes into play to make sure everything is tied to the business objectives.
7Optimization & Review
The days of launching a campaign and waiting to reap its results are over. When we’re live online, it’s all about testing, editing and optimizing to ensure the best returns on your money. We do it and report on it.
